Start by compiling a list of candidates that match your specifications. Magic can build that list for you right away.

Search LinkedIn for software engineers specializing in AI, machine learning, or data science currently working at FAANG.

Create a CSV with 100 entries. Include: Name, Current Company, Job title, Location, Linkedin profile link, Years experience, Highest degree (Masters, PHD, etc.), Country of citizenship
